RECONNECT: MUSIC AS HEALING MEDICINE

While it's known that sound frequencies have healing effects, it is quiet comforting to know that some innovators like Dr. Lee Bartel have transformed frequencies into healing technologies and treatment programs for physical & mental conditions such as Alzheimers & Depression.

We have used Lee Bartel's TEDx talk on the topic and combined it with the ancient healing sound frequencies of Asian Bowls recorded by Inocares' Maria Piren and other music mixed by Anomaly hoping that people can resort to such practices and music for healing purposes.

We have been fortunate enough for the opportunity to be collaborating with a Canadian/Lebanese film maker Richard Asmar on his film "DIS-CONNECTION" which promotes mental health & balance through loving relationships and healthy human connections. The film explores the methodologies of Dr. Peter R. Breggin, MD who has been promoting empathic therapy for decades.

Inspired by his film which will be premiering for the first time in the Middle East in Dubai in early 2021, East Chromatix & Richard will be collaborating with various Dubai-based organizations, institutions and practitioners to produce an initiative titled "RE-CONNECTION" which connects these entities together and showcases various mental health & healing practices that this wonderful city provides to its residents especially after the dis-connection resulting from COVID.

12 years ago one of our partners & team members started HI FLI, the first online travel business in the world specializing exclusively in concert & festival travel.

A year later a similar pandemic to COVID 19 called Swine Flu resulted in the cancellation of most festivals around the world and restricted travel similarly to what is happening today. It was also coupled with the 2009 economic crisis.

END RESULT: The company could not survive for long.

MORAL OF THE STORY: this has happened before and it will happen again.. SMILE , DREAM & DO IT AGAIN & AGAIN.
