Always ask about the pre function space!

✅ Is it large enough for the same amount of guests?
✅ Is there room for Food and Beverage?
✅ Is there room for displays?
✅ Are you allowed displays in the pre function space?
✅ Is the Pre function Space also a public walkway?
✅ Can drinks be served here?
✅ Are there toilets here?
✅ Does it have access to an outdoor space?

💫 Villa Rental 💫

Often I am asked if you can rent villas for private events.

Now this is possible for certain types of events, but it’s often requested as it is assumed renting a villa is a cheaper option than a dedicated event space.

🚫🚫

This is not the case. Villas often have minimum night stay requirements (sometimes up to 10 nights over certain dates).
You have to hire or your own Furntiture, decor, staff and food on top of your villa rental.

So yes, villas are an ideal choice for a beautiful private event, but be prepared for the costs.

Recently just back from a trip to Walt Disney World and was impressed to see they have over 40 venues you can chose for your wedding! ( https://www.disneyweddings.com)

The most unique has to be Pandora in Animal Kingdom. What a back drop for a ceremony. Especially if you are an Avatar fan- Swipe to see the night view! 😍

Do you need a Majlis for your next event in Dubai? Many hotels have them set up already. Make sure you ask your venue if they have one to help save you time of your set up. This is one of my favourites!
