TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE
NEW FIELDS EXHIBITION ORGANIZING LLC in Dubai is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about the services/events.
2. Responsible for closing sales and maintaining good customer relationships.
3. Must be an excellent communicator and as well as sales ability.
4. Must be a people person and reliable teammate.
5. Must have a passion for customer service and getting it right for our clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 3+ years of experience in Customer Service including
2+ years of proven track record exceeding metrics and leading
individuals to success in BPO setting.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or related
courses.
- Must have highly developed sales skills as the job requires you to
convince clients using only your voice and email skills.
- Great interpersonal communication, presentstion and negotiation
skills.
- Must be staying in UAE.
- Able to join immediatley.
