Ekaterina and Andrey are an incredibly beautiful couple from Switzerland. They had been dreaming of their wedding for a long time, and we were thrilled to help them create a truly special celebration. Our main goal was to organize a minimalist wedding while highlighting the elegance of the venue.

The celebration lasted for two days. For the pre-party, we hosted a welcome dinner at the Bulgari Hotel. With guests arriving from different countries, our task was to create a relaxed and warm atmosphere, allowing everyone to reconnect or get to know each other in a comfortable setting.

The Four Seasons Hotel was the perfect choice for the main wedding day. Despite initial concerns about the Arabian-style venue, we achieved a flawless blend of minimalism and elegance, creating a stunning and sophisticated setting.

For guest seating, we implemented a round table with an open center, inspired by references sent by the bride. We were among the first in Dubai to introduce this stylish seating concept, making it a standout element of the celebration!

The bride’s morning was spent in a luxurious hotel suite, surrounded by her closest friends. Custom-branded robes added a unique touch of coziness and celebration to the atmosphere.

The welcome zone with a unique bar became the highlight of the evening! We created an entire Kitty Lounge, featuring cocktails named after funny and memorable moments from the couple’s life. The guests absolutely loved it!

The banquet was filled with energy, featuring lots of dancing, the couple’s first dance, a magnificent wedding cake, exciting surprises, and a heartwarming Love Story screening.

The wedding evening was incredibly beautiful and warm. The bride surprised the groom and guests with a special performance, and we curated a fun and engaging program with various games and competitions.

One of the most unforgettable moments? Fifteen of the groom’s friends stepped onto the stage and took vodka shots from their elbows—following a Russian tradition! Laughter filled the air, and the bride was overjoyed that we brought to life the dream-like garden she had always envisioned.

The wedding day began with a touching ceremony. At Natalia’s request, the decor was kept simple yet elegant, with minimal floral arrangements. Instead, delicate bows were added as a key design element, reflecting the detail on her wedding dress. This motif carried over to the blush-colored fabric arch, which harmonized beautifully with the soft furnishings in the ceremony space.

In a creative twist, the ceremony was narrated by a live voiceover rather than a traditional host. During this heartfelt moment, Natalia and Ivan exchanged vows and received warm congratulations from their loved ones.

After the ceremony, guests entered the reception area, styled with an Italian-inspired charm. The space featured stunning chandeliers and a single, grand communal table, encouraging connection and a family-like atmosphere.

The highlight of the evening was the spontaneous recording of the “Cabana of Revelations” podcast on the first day of the wedding. Our director asked the couple about their first meeting and what they associate with each other, creating a wedding interview that was later shown to all the guests on the main day.
