The Tasting Class holds wine and beer events in hotels, restaurants and people’s homes throughout the UAE, while also providing service and beverage training and consultancy for the hospitality industry. Our services include:

The Tasting class is headed by Lindsay Trivers, a wine professional whose beverage and hospitality service experience spans five continents. She holds qualifications with The Wine & Spirit Education Trust , The Court of Master Sommeliers, Auckland University of Technology, and also studied in Belgium under Master Beer Sommelier, Sofie Vanraflegehm.

🍾Marchesi Antinori, Cuvée Royale, Tenuta Montenisa Franciacorta from Italy, to toast the occasion, and it pairs great with oysters and foie gras
🥂Domaine Trimbach Riesling, Alsace, France, to pair with gammon, pigs-in-a-blanket or foie gras
