The Freelancers came about when 3 like minded individuals working on the same projects decided it was time to come together to form one entity that would take away the stresses of event planning, production and operations from our clients. Vision:

To take away your sleepless nights and make you the client want to work with us again and refer us to people who’d want to work with us in the future.

Mission:

Ensure your event is successfully executed without the stresses of meeting and managing suppliers and vendors. We will take care of the A-Z of your event production, operations and logistics. We’ve been on both sides of the table, at some stage in our respective careers we’ve been clients and have been “handled” by event companies and we know the ins and outs of the system. Sitting on the other side of the table at the moment, we understand your needs, want and must haves to ensure your event is a success. We have a solid network of reliable suppliers that will make sure your event will be executed seamlessly. Our Services: As simple as P.O.L: Production, Operations and Logistics. You come up with the event concept, we will produce it, hire the right manpower, find and negotiate with suppliers, personally be present to ensure the event is setup as per planned and ensure a smooth running of the event.
