Employment: Full Time
My client, a leading company in the Field Marketing industry requires a Promoter Coordinator to join the team in Dubai.

This role will involve the recruitment, selection, and management of promoter teams throughout the UAE.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising a database of all promoters and keeping all HR information fully up to date
- Scheduling of promoter timetables and attendances
- Monitoring and appraising individual performances and Key Performance Indicators
- Ensuring the caliber of our promoter teams constantly improves
- Report directly to the Department head on all matters relating to promoter personnel
- Conducting training sessions to improve the quality of promoter performance and refresh product knowledge

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:-

Must have at least 2 years experience in this role or in a similar capacity in a Promotions company or department.
Must be hardworking and career-driven
