A'adecor Our customers are served with quick response and positive attitude. We provide Event Decor and Rental

TERMS AND CONDITION FOR A&ADecor

•All Items are inspected before and after renting.
•Any Items reported lost or damaged by the renter is responsible for the cost of the items.
•All rental and decor services should be booked 4 weeks before the event date.
•A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT are required to ensure service and the balance to be paid within 7 days.
•A 10% NON REFUNDABLE SERVICE CHARGE wil

l be charged on each booking.
•Seven days after full booking there will be NO REFUND.
•All items under a $100 are required full payment.
•Any payments over $250.00 are required to deposit money into our business account.
•Delivery charges are base on the amount of goods and location.
•All receipt must be shown when making payment or collecting rental items. PAYMENT METHOD

As an event decorator, we have many duties, tasks, and responsibilities when booked by a customer. Which may include:

• Meeting with customers to understand their vision
• Planning the design
• Sourcing materials and supplies (such as furniture, fabrics, props, and decorations)
• Hiring additional staff if necessary
• And overseeing installation of the final displays.

Always believe that you can make a difference because it's the smallest thing you do that leads to the biggest change. This event was actually booked less than twenty-four hours before the set time, which we don't normally do. However, we went along and made sure the customer problem was solved.
