A hearty pot of peas soup without any of the salted items..

You can make one too.
I used 12 bean soup mix (you can use which ever peas or beans you prefer)
Add a leek, onions, garlic dried herbs and other seasonings of your choice.
Coconut Oil
Ground Povisions
Christophene (ChoCho)
Dried Corn (optional)
Pumpkin and Carrots (none in this pot)

Tip: Soak Corn and Peas overnight (in separate containers) to lessen cooking time.
