Zara’s is seeking a warm, organized, and service-oriented restaurant manager who will also act as the host or hostess. You will be the first and last person our guests see, ensuring that everything on the floor runs smoothly.

What you’ll do:

Welcome and seat guests, creating a calm and professional atmosphere

Lead and support the team during service

Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction

Communicate closely with the kitchen

Help improve workflows and daily routines

What we’re looking for:

Experience in hospitality leadership

Comfortable speaking to guests and leading by example

Calm, clear, and reliable under pressure

Fluent in English (Dutch or Spanish is a bonus)

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
