Satisfaction Surveys and Retrospective for Continuous Improvement.

Over the past few months, we have conducted a large number of simultaneous events across Latin America, and we are thrilled to see how we continue to grow. We are deeply grateful to the companies and meeting organizers who trust in the quality of our work.

At the end of each quarter, there is a key point where we, together with the team, analyze the post-event surveys and conduct a retrospective. Both tools allow us to learn from each experience, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our future performance. We always prioritize efficiency and warmth in personalized attention.

We are thrilled to welcome Tamara, or Tamy as she prefers to be called, to our team of Hosts & Planners! 💪

Tamy has more than 10 years’ experience in organizing corporate events. She is a Certified Meeting Planner and have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.
