The primary aim is not to entertain the guests 24/7. However, the time until dinner should be filled with an appropriate programme. 🤍

Only with a well-timed daily plan can chaos and stress be avoided. When planning the day, time buffers should be planned for delays due to arriving late, traffic jams, journeys to locations, finding a parking space, photo shoot of the bridal couple, etc.

The day plan is primarily very important for all your wedding service providers. All the service providers who are part of your wedding need to know exactly what is going on in your day. The daily schedule helps them to plan when they have to be on site, how long they have for the set-up or preparations and also when they have to be done with the dismantling.
