Meet the Mills-Caress’
Hi, we are Bill and Emma and we would like to introduce you to our family business Cove Catering, a bespoke catering service using only the finest local cornish ingredients.
Let us tell you a bit about our journey so far...
After many years of working in the catering industry in Manchester we opened the Rose Garden in 2011. Two years later Rufus arrived and we expanded, with the larger restaurant came our first rosette, entries into The Good Food Guide and the Michelin Guide. After huge success, lots of hard work and the birth of little Milly in 2017 we made the difficult decision to close our beloved Rose Garden and move from Manchester to Cornwall.
In August 2017 we settled into Cornish life in St Agnes on the North coast and after finding our feet we created ‘Cove Catering’. As head chef I can tailor the skills I have gained over a 20 year career to create menus to suit any event, be it an intimate dinner party amongst friends, wedding or large scale corporate event. The organisation will be left to Emma who can utilise her depth of knowledge as a restaurant manager twinned with her creative flair to make your event one to remember.
