💗 💃 🕺 🎶 🎤 💕 as the dinner festivities concluded, guests were invited to descend into the enchanting 'hohe kasematten' of the Palais Coburg Residenz *****, where the next chapter of this unforgettable night unfolded. the party atmosphere was electric, as everyone gathered for the couple's first dance, serenaded live, adding a touch of romance and magic to this special moment. the transition from elegance to excitement was seamless, as a talented DJ took over, filling the room with vibrant beats that kept everyone on their feet.

💗 💃 🕺 🎶 🎤 💕 laughter, love, and energy filled the air as guests danced the night away, celebrating the couple's love story. adding an extra layer of fun, a photo booth became the evening’s hotspot, capturing countless candid moments. guests eagerly pasted their photo prints into a beautifully crafted guest book, leaving behind heartfelt messages, words of wisdom, and well wishes for the newlyweds.

💞 👰 🤵‍♂️ the fairy tale continued at the magnificent Palais Coburg Residenz ***** , where the evening unfolded with elegance and charm. the cocktail hour set the tone, taking place in the stunning state rooms – the 'gelber and blauer saal' – where guests mingled and sipped drinks. they were invited to step out onto the terrace, where they could take in the breathtaking views of the vienna ring and stadtpark, all while savoring a selection of exquisite finger foods.

💞 👰 🤵‍♂️ as the sun set, the celebration moved to the grand 'spiegelsaal' for a decadent dinner letterpressed on stationary by Herz & Co . the ambiance was pure magic, with every detail reflecting the couple's unique style. the grand finale was a true showstopper: an opulent wedding cake crafted by CupCakes-Manufaktur , elegantly presented on a floral pillow by Doll's Blumen .

💞 👰 🤵‍♂️ this seamless blend of elegance, beauty, and viennese sophistication ensured that this wedding was not just an event but an unforgettable experience. every detail was thoughtfully curated to create an atmosphere where love, luxury, and dreams came together in perfect harmony. A day to remember, celebrated in true fairy-tale style!

🚘 🚋 🐎 what a magical weekend it was, planning and executing a fairy-tale wedding at the iconic Palais Coburg Residenz *****! the bride envisioned a luxurious experience for her guests, and instead of a typical bus, she requested an elegant fleet of black limousines to transport her loved ones to the ceremony in style. coordinating the simultaneous arrival of around 20 limousines to pick up guests and es**rt them in a grand convoy to Schloss Schönbrunn was no small feat. but with the expertise of our and the seamless cooperation of SIXT, everything flowed perfectly, ensuring every guest arrived safely and in unison.

🚘 🚋 🐎 the couple and their bridal party then continued the magic, traveling through the stunning schlosspark in horse-drawn carriages, capturing beautiful memories by Claire Morgan, while guests enjoyed an enchanting tram tour of the park, courtesy of schoenbrunn palace.

🚘 🚋 🐎 our team of wedding stewards made sure every moment was special: from the journey back to palais coburg in limousines to providing thoughtfully prepared picnic baskets filled with different austrian delights like refreshing cold drinks, tasty snacks, and sparkling wine. it was our mission to ensure everyone stayed hydrated, happy, and immersed in this extraordinary celebration. a weekend filled with love, elegance, and flawless coordination – this is what wedding dreams are made of!

💍✨ A Dream Proposal in the Heart of Vienna ✨💍

Some love stories deserve nothing less than a fairytale beginning. For this wonderful couple visiting Vienna for the first time, we crafted a truly unforgettable surprise engagement. 💫

Their special day began with a romantic Fiaker ride 🐴🐴(from Riding Dinner) through the historic streets of Vienna, soaking in the beauty of the city. The journey led them to Stephansplatz, where the grand finale awaited - an intimate private proposal at the Do&Co Hotel’s 360° Wintergarten. With the breathtaking St. Stephen’s Cathedral as their backdrop, he got down on one knee, and she said 'YES!' ❤️

After a magical engagement photoshoot, the newly engaged couple returned to find a beautifully set table adorned with red roses, where their private chef and dedicated service team ensured an unforgettable dining experience. Behind the scenes, we made sure everything ran smoothly - from preparing heartfelt gifts from their families to organizing their return to Ritz-Carlton, Vienna and coordinating the perfect timing for all arrangements.
