We love working with our local suppliers that have such a great selection of premium imported Italian made products.
Bottega 1995 is located at King William Road, Hyde Park.
To make you feel like your are in Italy, we have worked into our wood oven catering menu some amazing items. Our most popular flavours are the Truffle oil and Sicilian Anchovies.
We are working a seafood style pizza with a pomegranate balsamic glaze (Keep an eye out) into our menu to absolutely suprise your taste buds.

Something different today, exploring out and about in the Adelaide Hills picking mushrooms.
We were at Kuitpo Forest (about 35 mins from the CBD up the South Eastern Freeway) picking Slippery Jack mushrooms.
I Did a bit of research before we went and got lucky finding an area that had so many in plain sight. Was a great experience and picked about 8 buckets full in under 2 hours and still left lots behind.
Looking forward to the next full moon to go again.
When you got that pizza feeling!

Calabrese Tarantella at Calabrisella Mia 2023 in true Italian style the room was on fire.
We love supporting local South Australian businesses, so we met with Ambra Spirits at their newly renovated bar and restaurant at Thebarton and they have helped us out with this locally made limoncello for our Calabrisella Mia event next weekend.
This limoncello is made using lemons from the River Land in South Australia. It has an amazing colour followed with a smooth taste and goes down a treat with the warm summer weather.

SAluti magazine for 2023 is out and fresh off the print just in time for the start of Adelaide Italian Festival
Big thankyou to Marta Markowska and the super team at HWR Media for getting us involved in this unique South Australian Italian magazine.
This magazine showcases lots of Italian family businesses and culture within our community.
We are so proud to be a part of this venture for a second year.
We have plenty of copies available so keep an eye out for this free magazine.
It was great to check out Bottega 1995 at Hyde Park today. We went through the Calabrisella Mia event (that is part of Adelaide Italian Festival) discussing the wine menu for our night and came up with 4 great choices of Italian wines.
We had a walk through the shop looking at the range of Italian products imported from all over Italy. Panetone are in season fully stocked making great choices for Christmas presents.
Louis has great knowledge of everything I asked him about, even to the detail about the different types of Sardines they stock from Italy, one of our favourite table delicacies with Antipasto.
Go check out their stores located at Hyde Park and Mile End, South Australia.

Something different and new for The Saluti Project. We attended the event hosted by ALTO South Australia which is the young Australian Italian Business Network chapter in Adelaide.
We had a great experience, met lots of new people and listened to some great motivational speakers about their business journeys.
Hosted at Zagame Adelaide was something new for us to be surround by some beautiful red Ferraris in the front showroom during the presentation.
Thankyou to Pino Galimi for introducing me to something new to explore, looking forward to the next event!

With lots of practice and commitment I am slowly progressing learning how to play the organetto.
.
Working full time, running the business and keeping up with the kids has its challenges, but I haven't given up.
.
I am having weekly lessons now and are starting to learn small songs before I get started practising how to play the tarantella next month.
.
Never give up and it is always better to do things with your family.
