I made this deluxe Charcuterie Board for a very special friend who is life a sister to me. It is her birthday so she deserved some extra indulgence with some dark chocolate and blackberries to add to the drama of the board.

We catered for a "pre-wedding lunch" for 7 girls on the weekend. We were able to provide 2 mixed grazing boxes of fresh and chocolate dipped (dairy free) dried fruit with a chocolate &avocado dip, plus a gluten and dairy free charcuterie/dips box using some locally made vegan cheeses. The girls were very happy with the food.

It would be remiss of me not to cater for family Christmas day! So here we go seafood pate on baby spinach garnished with caviar and slivers lime leaves. King Prawns with coriander, avocado and seafood dips with vegetable batons. Finally individual trifles garnished with fruit, chocolate and peanut brittle.

I'm finally taking the plunge and starting my own business. It's very exciting and a huge leap of faith, but it is time for a new adventure. So if you're in need of grazing boards, canapes, gluten and dairy free slices, cupcakes, biscuits or anything for a special event, please contact me and I'll be glad to help you out.
