How it works….
We prep your graze off site in boxes. Each box feeds approximately 15-20 people depending on appetites. We can deliver and set up for you or you can collect and DIY. It’s super easy to do. How to videos coming soon.
Why….
Our flat lay boxes are great for any size crowd. Join as many boxes together as you like or just have one. They are a great cost effective solution to catering your event. There is no need for us to come back and pack down, no dishes needing washing and are really fast to set up. We can be in and out of your venue space in as little as 15 mins.
All items including utensils are compostable so when your event is over roll up the parchment paper with any scraps and place in green bin, compost or worm farm.

Seriously though when loading and unloading for grazing tables carrying one box at a time up and down the hallway trying to open doors one handed it starts to feel like the longest hallway ever. Having this trolly made unloading all the dirty dishes I collected this morning a breeze.

We have been keeping a little secret!!
Now I know this space doesn’t look much at the moment in the video but we are working on turning this into our very own prep kitchen for our larger events and busier days. We will 100% still be working from our home space. Still be doing all our baking ect at home but this space will be used for prepping and storage for our bigger events and days when my family just needs their home for them.
Today the flooring will be finished, dishwasher installed, hand washing area, paper towel dispensers ect. Hopefully early next week our stainless steel benches arrive and freezer.
We have a second large dry storage room where we will be able to store all our bulk crackers, dry goods, packaging and the mountain of grazing table serving ware that is consuming our living space at home.
We are super excited to share how this space evolves with you all over the coming weeks 😊😊😊

Saturday afternoon graze with Grazing In The Valley
The deliveries are beginning to arrive 🤩🤩🤩 First fruit and veg delivery for Xmas and it’s looking good!!
All our cheese and cured meats will arrive soon along with a new fridge to replace our new fridge. I didn’t tell you all yet but on Wednesday our less than two week old fridge stopped working ruining ALOT of food. 😩😩😩 Luckily I do regularly temp checks so we caught it right away as the fridge was fluctuating from correct temps to not cool at all. Food of course had to be binned/composted/chook food/worm farm. I was gutted and not going to lie there were tears but I am also incredibly thankful it didn’t happen today or tomorrow with everyone’s Xmas box stock!!
