About 2 months ago , at an Adelaide Speedboat Club Committee meeting , Matthäus Stanisch , part of our team, was asked to put together a tribute video for Frank Lenzi for the 2023 Winter Spectacular. As much as he was excited to be asked, he was also nervous to do , as he had not made any videos before. After many hours of research , interviews etc, he has produced this tribute video for the ASBC's late, great one . It was aired on live stream on the weekend when Dave Clark was on the track with the refurbished Insane. Here it is if you had missed it , or if you just want to replay it . We are excited to say the least , that Matt and I are extremely proud . We approached Sean Henshelwood , from 321Ignitionmedia , with what we thought was a far fetched idea to get Circuit Boat Racing onto mainstream TV. With Sean's background with his relationship with Seven Mate , through the V8 Superboats show, a proposal was forwarded to this organisation , with Circuit Boat Racing the topic. It was accepted and with the generosity of David Clark , from Symons & Clark Logistics funding the first show, which will be the Adelaide Speedboat Spectacular being run on May 19th - 21st , it is now a reality !!! We hope that . going forward, this will be the norm , hoping that other clubs from around Australia will follow suit ! Please sit back and watch this video to the end .

We caught up with Darryl Quinn immediately after his 2023 Melton Gold Cup win , his 3rd victory and first for 9 years for this prestigious and sought after trophy.

A couple weekends ago , we travelled to Lake Eppalock in Victoria , and followed the Adelaide boys , to see how they fared , and this video will give you an insight on how it transpired for all 4 that raced. Enjoy !!

Now for something a bit different from the usual . We were at Temora recently , and bumped into Scott Krause and his haven full of big boy's toys . Enjoy !

Here is our video clip of Wild Child's crazy ride yesterday in The Dorwin Gold Cup . Look closely at the blower belt letting go. Darren was all OK after the incident , with only damage to the rudder . Such is the testament of the strength of the boat, and for the safety capsule !
