Hi All,

Unfortunately there will not be the usual food service tonight due to our freezer breaking down. There will be light snacks available for a gold coin donation.
The members draw will be called tonight for the cash jackpot as usual.

Remembrance day Friday the 11th of November. Ceremony at Memorial Gardens on O.G rd 1045 with a BBQ at the club afterwards. All welcome.

Photos from the commemorative service held at the club for the battle of Long Tan during the Vietnam War. Several club members who served in the conflict came to lay a wreath, as well as local dignitaries.
A big thank you from the club to all those who put in to make this day happen. Especially to the 47th ACU cadets unit who provided the ceremonial party and the Payneham City Concert Band who provided music for the day.

Once again the Payneham RSL will be holding service to remeber those who have served for ANZAC Day, Monday the 25th of April 2022.

The service and wreath laying ceremony will be held at the Cross of Sacrifice park on OG road at 0600, with a gunfire breakfast served at the club after the service from 0700.

Everyone is welcome to attend and comemorate our brave services on this day of rememberance.

A bus will be provided by the club for any veterans or family who wish to attend the march in the city.

Today is National Servicemen’s Day, a day where we honour those who have served our nation through compulsory military service.
Between 1964 and 1972, more than 804,000 men registered for national service, of whom more than 63,000 were called up to serve in the Army where many were integrated into regular units that served in Vietnam.
