In mid-August, Sophie traveled to the Top End to assist the Department of Education NT team with their annual Business Managers Conference. The event welcomed over 150 delegates from local and regional schools, providing a valuable platform for learning, networking, and collaboration over two days.
Keito Events was proud to support the team in the lead-up with EventsAir app creation and management, and onsite with seamless app check-in/registration and MC/stage management. It was a fantastic opportunity to work alongside this incredible team and add another state to our travels for the year!

A look from last nights Master Builders SA Building Excellence Awards. We got through 46 awards with over 1,400 people in attendance. Guests enjoyed incredible surprises and entrainment as MBSA celebrated their 140th year. @brighteyefilms put together this on the night edit which we played to guests at the end of the night. Congratulations to the @masterbuilders_sa team and all the winners!

On Saturday, May 4th, the Bedford Group hosted its second annual Bedford Fundraising Gala, bringing together nearly 600 guests from the SA community to support and raise life impacting funds for the organisation.
Keito Events was thrilled to be involved for a second year, working closely with Bedford Group on event execution, project management, entertainment liaison, theming, stage management, and much more!

As Event Specialists we're always thinking about the best ways to ensure public participation at our events, to make an impact and lasting impression.
Recently we worked with the fantastic team at Bubble House Adelaide to create this fun installation for Walker Corporation Riverlea SA at the Adelaide 36ers home games.
We have been running pop-up activations at every home game this season, It has been super fun and the guests have all had a "ball". 🏀

MASTER BUILDERS SA BUILDING EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2022 //
The Keito team worked with Master Builders Australia SA once again to bring together the 2022 Building Excellence Awards. The event was held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Friday the 19th of August 2022
The guests enjoyed pre dinner drinks, live music, dancers, and a three-course meal accompanied by the evening’s formalities MCed by Cosi from South Aussie with Cosi. This year, the awards had a great Gatsby theme. The room was decorated with a functioning speakeasy bar and lounge, glamorous lighting and theming throughout the room
As one of our biggest and complex events of the year, the Keito team was honoured to be involved again. This year, we saw 1,300 people attend the event and 45 awards presented to local South Australian builders
We are thrilled that the event ran seamlessly and to time, it was a great effort for a highly produced awards with over 400 slides of visual content. The guests were engaged and enjoying the festivities, celebrating their achievements without covid restrictions. It is safe to say, the guests happily danced the night away.
For this event, we worked heavily on project management, supplier management, onsite management and design.
The team had a great night managing the event. We hope to be involved in the awards in the years to come!

ANZ COMMUNITY BALL 2022 //
The ANZ Community Ball was held on March 5th, 2022, at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
This is the third Ball that the Keito team has worked on with ANZ and it is one of our favourites every year.
The Keito team worked closely with ANZ once again to provide:

The 650 guests enjoyed high end dining and entertainment experience as well as a wine wall with over 400 wines, a cocktail and gin bar, a photobooth, silent auction, live auction, and a raffle to win a brand new 2022 Toyota Hybrid Yaris Cross. James Morrison and his Motown band and the Scotch College orchestra provided live entertainment throughout the evening.
We love being able to work on important events for these charities who provide such valuable resources to our community in Adelaide. Seeing everyone come together on night and enthusiastically take part in all the fundraising activities that are on offer on the night fills us with joy and pride.
A huge amount of hard work goes into this event from the ANZ, planning team, sponsors and charity partners for many months leading up to the night. We are so thrilled to announce that $350,000 for Operation Flinders, The Jodi Lee Foundation, Royal Flying Doctor Service, Zoos SA, SAHMRI and Hutt St Centre.
Thank you to the team at ANZ for involving us once again. We can’t wait for next year!
ANZ COMMUNITY BALL 2022 //
The ANZ Community Ball was held on March 5th, 2022, at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

This year, after a rocky road due to COVID, restrictions allowed 650 guests be involved in raising money for charity.
The 650 guests enjoyed high end dining and entertainment experience as well as a wine wall with over 400 wines, a cocktail and gin bar, a photobooth, silent auction, live auction, and a raffle to win a brand new 2022 Toyota Hybrid Yaris Cross. James Morrison and his Motown band and the Scotch College orchestra provided live entertainment throughout the evening.
The Keito team had a wonderful time working with the ANZ team once again and we can’t wait for the next one!
SPRINGWOOD CHRISTMAS PARTY 2021 //
The Springwood Christmas Party was held on the 5th of December in the Springwood Park.
The Keito team worked Fuller Brand Communications and Springwood to bring this event to life.
The Springwood Christmas Party was an opportunity for the residents of Springwood to come together and get into the Christmas spirit.
