Eyre Neighbourhood Christmas Event 2024 🎄✨

On December 14th, we had the joy of bringing the Eyre Neighbourhood Christmas Event to life at Eyre Reserve for AV Jennings. The event was a heartwarming success, filled with festive cheer and community spirit.

Guests enjoyed a delicious BBQ, snow-cones to beat the heat, and the delightful sounds of acoustic music. Santa was a hit, spreading joy with his storytelling time & festive walk around the streets! We’re so grateful for the wonderful feedback from the guests and are already looking forward to next year! 🌟

On December 11th, we had an absolute blast bringing the Fort Largs Resident Night to life at the gorgeous new Fort Largs Eatery for PEET! We teamed up with all the amazing stakeholders to make this event an unforgettable experience.

Guests were welcomed with beautiful florals, delicious food, and a relaxed atmosphere, creating a wonderful community experience. We loved hearing the excitement from residents about their new homes!

Tonsley Village Christmas Movie Night 2024 🎄🎬

On December 5th, we had the pleasure of bringing the Tonsley Movie Night to life at Tonsley Village Central Reserve, working closely with our ongoing client PEET to manage everything from project planning to on-site ex*****on.

Despite the 39°C heat during the day, the event went off without a hitch! Guests enjoyed watching “Love Actually” under the stars with hot popcorn and a sizzling BBQ. We even had a pop up bar run by Little Bang Brewing.

Bluestone Community Christmas 2024 🎅🎄�

On December 3rd, we had the pleasure of bringing the Bluestone Community Christmas to life at the Bluestone Information Centre in Mt Barker, from event planning and budget management to creative design and logistics, it was a joy to make this event happen.�

The petting zoo was a huge hit, and Santa made sure to spread holiday cheer with plenty of photo opportunities. Guests enjoyed face painting, ice cream, and a BBQ dinner, all while the weather was perfect. What a wonderful way to bring the community together! 🍦

On November 9th, the City of Adelaide's annual Lighting of the Christmas Tree event lit up Victoria Square, marking the start of the festive season. Keito Events worked closely with the City of Adelaide's event team to ensure smooth planning, from sourcing entertainment to confirming stage theming.

AMSN Conference 2024 🌱

Keito Events had the pleasure of supporting the AMSN Conference 2024 at the University of Queensland from November 19-22. With a packed program of keynote speakers, abstract presentations, poster sessions, and field trips, this four-day event celebrated the rich diversity of Australia's mangrove and saltmarsh ecosystems. Our role in project management, venue logistics, budget oversight, sponsor coordination, registration management and attendee support ensured a smooth and engaging experience for all involved.

The positive feedback we received highlights the success of this collaborative effort with the AMSN Organising Committee.

The residents of Bluestone were ready to grab their pitchforks and wands for a spooktacular Halloween Trick or Treat event!

On Thursday October 31st, Keito teamed up with our ongoing client PEET to bring the Bluestone Halloween community event to life. From coordinating with suppliers and handling council forms and documents to coordinating traffic management plans, Keito worked alongside various stakeholders to ensure everything went smoothly. We visited our supplier this morning to get a behind the scenes look of our activation production ahead of bump in tomorrow. It was so fun to see all the design elements come together and we can’t wait to share with you the finish product 🎄🎁🎀😍

National Sales Meeting FIJI 🏝️ Event Manager Jade Moody spent last week in Fiji managing our clients event at the @fijimarriottresortmomibay The meeting included 3 full days of education and training as well as activities, dinners and finishing up with an awards evening. @keitoevents worked closely with our client to handle design collateral, venue coordination and guest experiences. Being onsite meant we could ensure the program ran smoothly and our client could enjoy being immersed in the event. The event was a huge success with attendees enjoying an incredible location and celebrating their achievements as a team!

In mid-August, Sophie traveled to the Top End to assist the Department of Education NT team with their annual Business Managers Conference. The event welcomed over 150 delegates from local and regional schools, providing a valuable platform for learning, networking, and collaboration over two days. Keito Events was proud to support the team in the lead-up with EventsAir app creation and management, and onsite with seamless app check-in/registration and MC/stage management. It was a fantastic opportunity to work alongside this incredible team and add another state to our travels for the year!

A look from last nights Master Builders SA Building Excellence Awards. We got through 46 awards with over 1,400 people in attendance. Guests enjoyed incredible surprises and entrainment as MBSA celebrated their 140th year. @brighteyefilms put together this on the night edit which we played to guests at the end of the night. Congratulations to the @masterbuilders_sa team and all the winners!
