Hello our fellow grazing lovers!

We’re delighted to introduce ourselves as Pratik & Evie, the creative minds and dedicated team behind Brie & Bagel Adelaide and we are here to tell you a little about how we can about being what we are today 🥐

For as long as we can remember, we’ve been captivated by the artistry of grazing boxes and tables, where sweet and savory meets. There’s something truly exhilarating about the blend of cheeses, meats, and fruits that ignites my excitement 🍓

Growing up in a large family of Asian descent, the tradition of gathering around food has always held a special place in our heart. It’s in these moments, surrounded by loved ones, that joyous memories are made.

Therefore, after countless nights of planning and cheese platters, the this dream of Brie & Bagel was born. With a deep-rooted belief that food has the power to bring people together, we set out to create an experience that celebrates not only the flavors but also the connections shared over every bite 😊

We also wanted to make charcuterie as interactive as possible, so besides our grazing boxes & tables, we decided to build Adelaide’s FIRST ever CHARCUTERIE WALL that holds 45 beautiful individually crafted cones filled with premium meats, cheeses, locally sourced fruits and crackers!💥

We take pride in every aspect of our creations. Each component gracing our tables, platters, and boxes is thoughtfully sourced, ensuring the highest standard of quality and freshness.
