In 2014, the Torrens Riverbank precinct will be Adelaide's hottest entertainment precinct, and we're kicking things off with an Australia Day party like no other. We're giving you the BEST seat in the house for the Australia Day Fireworks and a classy twist on the classic Aussie BBQ with The Snazzy Sizzle! The event starts at 6pm with guests treated to a lamb spit roast, oven-baked gourmet pizzas,

shaved beef, BBQ chicken skewers and self-serve salad and dessert bars. Two outdoor bars will be set up serving South Australian wines and beers. Guests will also have a prime view of the Australia Day Fireworks Display. The fireworks will be launched from Pinky Flat after the cricket at Adelaide Oval, at around 9.30pm. The Snazzy Sizzle BBQ is then followed at 10pm by an official Australia Day Concert After-Party where international DJ HMC will hit the decks to keep the celebrations going into the early hours of Monday’s public holiday.
