As we enter the craziest time of the year, we wanted to send our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended, helped and sponsored our community Christmas dinner.

The wind was blowing, but that didn’t stop 80+ joining us to say farewell to the 2024 season!

Some pictures taken from last night, thanks to a special friend because I was too busy flitting around!

Incredible food, atmosphere, conversations and camaraderie shared. 

So many people and businesses made this possible and we are grateful to know you all!

Tonight Christmas comes to the paddock here at The Bugle Hut!

We are stoked to welcome 100 people to the hall for the first time in at least a generation.

If you are joining us please remember to
-be sun smart (the event is outdoors)
- stay hydrated by BYO drinks in an esky
- Bring a salad, side or sweet to share (and the utensils to serve them)
- we are putting on all the meat thanks to Nige at Rollbusch Quality Meats and Livestock SA
- parking will be opposite the hall, but if you need to be dropped off closer to save the walk please do!
- people with kiddos please bring along anything you think will entertain them; so you can have a great night

We will attempt to update socials, but with very little phone service and a lot of people to catchup with - maybe tomorrow 😘

For those joining us this Sunday at 5pm:

- Parking on opposite side of the road on Obst
- Limited phone and internet service onsite
- BYO drinks in esky’s as there
- Some beer and softies provided by Nutrien on a first in drink most basis
- Bring a Salad or Sweet plate to share
Note: we have 100 people attending so I’m sure there will be a lot of variation and it doesn’t matter if we have multiple of the same
- we will have chairs and tables for 70+ and some casual seating. If you wish to bring a deck chair just incase please feel free
- We (and our Generous Sponsor Nigel) are providing all of the meat on the evening and there will be a great variety
- We will have a portaloo on site for use
- Santa will be coming with a small bag for kiddos

We cannot wait to see you all on the night from 5pm with dinner service planned for 6:30

We sit on the step poured generations before us. Over shadowed by the building almost lost to time.
We plan to create history, while paying tribute to the past.
