Everything you see here is Vegan & gluten free. So no meat, dairy, gluten or animal products at all. Completely clean eating and Absolutely delicious. Would you believe… no tofu in sight 🤣

This grazing box is all fresh and hand made (except some rice crackers)

Included:-

1. Spelt flour wraps.
2. Chargrilled eggplant and capsicum with a chocolate balsamic glaze.
3. Roasted capsicum and olive dip
beetroot, pine nut and coconut dip with zest of lemon and sesame

At $15 a pop these little sweethearts are a unique way to say ‘thank you” I love you” “happy birthday” or “just because. Would you buy this? Let us know and we will pop it on the “bouquet menu”

Our ”Surprise Suprise” platter. You just never know hat you’re going to get 🤣. We were feeling a little Mexican today, so added a Mexican twang with a spicy corn dip with salty corn chips. This baby feeds 10-12 for a nibble or 4-5 for a meal. $55

2 hours notice is all that’s required for platter and picnic orders.
The website has been very naughty, and lazy telling people they can’t pick up until following day ! Until the problem is solved please place your order via messenger. Should be resolved within 48 hours

Know our cheeses. This premium cheese, IL Truffelino is one of our most popular. We always get lots of comments on it. They say pair it with a bubbly. I agree! But I pair it with lots of things. It is absolutely delish. You will find this cheese included in most of our range, when we have it in stock. The order came in today, so its been cut and quartered and it's ready to go.
It's 6 pm. My happy hour, and I'm putting it to the test. VERY VERY nice with a glass of Yarra Valley Sangiovese. ... Just saying.

I'm not a sit on my hands kind of person, and don't feel alive unless I feel I am doing something really worthwhile.

I want to know your thoughts.

CharcuterKidz.Co is a little “program” I’ve been working on
For while now. It's intention is to be a NFP branch of Say Cheese, that is
about providing school lunches to children who for what
ever reason don’t have a nutritious lunch to keep them
fuelled, content and ready to learn at school.

Food wastage is thing, and it needn’t be, not when this
Food can be put to good use.

I have some time, ingredients and the will to make a
difference where I can. The program is in it’s infancy stage, but
On its way.

I’m interested in getting in touch with and hearing from,
schools, organisations, and the Atherton Tablelands community, as to your
thoughts and suggestions.

I am taking my own small steps to get things moving.
It is without saying that, Say Cheese will be donating time,
And ingredients to the program. The program will kick off
As soon as it’s able, providing lunches within our limits.
As the program develops, and gains community support
and momentum the more lunches will be provided.

Who doesn’t love ribbon sandwiches! This customer requested catering for a half no pork and lots of low Gi foods. So we mixed it right up. Turkey, chicken, stuffed celery, chicken and chilli avo ribbon sandwiches, kiwi fruit, olives, loads of cheeses, cucumber sticks, rice crackers etc and on the other side, an array of smoked and dried meats, carrot sticks, red grapes, fig, spicy pickle, quince paste, more cheese and crackers. We are here to please! It’s your platter after all ❤️

New product alert! 😀. It’s the “impresser plank”. When it’s about quality not quantity and something that will last in the fridge for several days and still stay crispy fresh! We have the “impresser meat plank” and the “impresser cheese plank”. They each serve 2 people and contain top quality meats and cheeses, muscadel grapes, home made chargrilled antipasto, home made crackers. Everything is individually sealed for extended freshness. Neither the meat plank or the cheese plank have duplicate items. So they can be purchased individually or as a duo, being a feast for two or nibble for 4. The “impressers” are prepared for fridge to table and the timber plank can be re-used or disposed of. I’m thinking “non food catered venues and events” (byo). After work nibbles and drinks or let’s be honest… dinner! This one’s about quality and extended freshness. So, it’s not necessary to eat it on the day of pickup.
$25 each each.

If you have considered doing one of "Say Cheese Catering" Food and wine pairing flights, you really should! These photos are of the session that was a part of this weekends "Savour Sojourn" retreat at Treetops Sanctuary. There were 5 wines and 5 canapés to match. Giant pasta shells stuffed with 12 hour cooked beef cheek ragu matched with Rutherglen Wine Regions Warrabilla Wines 2015 Limited Release Parola Durif is just one example of what was served.
It was an amazing evening, enjoyed by everyone. It opened eyes as to what is possible with food and wine when you have an open mind. Food and wine really is a match made in heaven when done right.
If you have a group of friends who are interested in a little wine ed and food/wine blissfulness then give us a call.

The fun doesn't have to stop there! Elle from Latin Dance Tablelands followed up with a Salsa lesson. Aside from a little stiffness in the hips the following day, 😂I have to say that I haven't had so much fun in ages! Thanks Elle!
Also like to say thanks to Anita from Treetops Sanctuary located in rainforest heaven for including Say Cheese in this wonderful weekend. Brilliant!
