How do you get 28 International Cycling teams between two major events overnight for which are in different States?

The more detailed solution is establishing an experienced, dependable and flexible team in place that ensures the efficient process at both ends of the journey.

Thank you to Visit Victoria and O2 Events Australia, TMS Global AUS were engaged to plan, coordinate, and manage the process end-to-end.

We moved over 270 cubic meters of Team equipment between Adelaide and Geelong/ Torquay for the Cadel Road Race overnight. It takes the equivalent of three Semi-trailers, personnel on the ground at all locations and a lot of grunt (both horsepower and muscle!)💪 🚛

Whilst not our core business, complex freight coordination services is a similar process to how we manage complex passenger transport at events. It’s obviously always nicer to be able to engage with people than boxes and bags!

Cadel didn’t drive the journey, but he was there to Welcome us in Geelong and managed to check out the cab of the Prime Mover.

Looking for suitably qualified Drivers to drive 11 seat Mini-buses for FIFA Women's World Cup.

You will be driving international Broadcast/ TV crews around.
Need to be available:

Sydney 14 Jul - 22 Aug (6 positions),
Brisbane 22 Jul - 22 Aug (2 positions).
Adelaide 22 Jul - 26 Jul (1x position).

10-12hr shifts.

Need to be reliable, punctual and happy to "sit and wait"! Everything supplied. You require a full license, good presentation and a great attitude. Must be over 25 due to Insurance requirements. Preference will be given to those with a Heavy vehicle licence or have experience in driving mini-buses.

Attn Sydney folk (or those that know people in Sydney who can assist).

We are looking for Drivers who can work in Sydney from approx. 07 July for about 40 days on a major event. (6 days on, 1 day off, 12hr days)

You will be driving a MPV/ People Carrier/ Small van, so just a Full Car License is required. Sorry, No 'P'platers and must be over 25yo (due to Insurance). You will be driving TV/ Broadcasting crew.

Everything is provided including vehicle, fuel, tolls, mobile phone, etc. You need to be able to get to/from Sydney CBD.

Best part is that you will be working with a great bunch of people and be part of one of the biggest events in Sydney this year.
