Good Evening Amazing families,
The weather man did not disappoint today. The sun was peeking though and the grass dried off nicely. We would like to Thank every single one who joined us today as a stall holder, food holder, patrons and your amazing children. Who definitely made me work in the teddy bear hunt. It was a beautiful family day indeed.
We will announce during the week what our total is for Heart Kids Victoria. Thank you also to our amazing team of volunteers. This event was completely ran by a small number of us.

Hi All we are having multiple calls and emails in relation to the $10 teddy experience
1. Who needs tickets? anyone that wants to decorate a cookie needs a ticket any age can do the experience.
2. What do I get for my $10 experience? Each ticket receives a show bag in each show bag there is the voucher for the cookie experience, there is a coupon for your sausage sizzle there is a juice box there is a lolly pop for dessert, a bubble wand and other small gifts.
3. Can I change my booking time? No. What ever time you book into is your session time. We have limited spots and with covid regulations we need to follow these.
4. What if we are sick or have covid on the day? Please let us know and will we put your show bag to the side for collection another time. (This is a charity event there is no refunds)
5. Rides, animal farm and face painting is at cost we have kept this as low as possible by using local providers
6. What do I get for Free? Free color in comp, free art and crafts, free sack races, free live music, free reading with Mr Ted, free family spots to sit and read with your family.
7. Pinata? Yes gold coin donation yes limited to 20 kids each session get your ticket from check in table.
8. Raffle? Yes. $2 each or 3 for $5 drawn at 2:30 pm
9. Charity: Heart Kids Victoria
10. Volunteers; Yes we are all volunteering on the day please be patient and kind.
11. Weather; currently looking nice. (Keep praying to weather gods)

Tickets are selling! Tickets are for the kid's workshop and Showbag Price is $10 for each Child (Entry to the event is FREE)
If you wish to do the workshop with your Child please add a 2nd Ticket for the same time your child's ticket is.

This Year's community Teddybear Picnic event is to raise funds for Vic Heart Kids who are living in Bacchus Marsh and nearby areas.
