It was a beautiful weekend for Bathurst Archery Festival - sun shining, arrows flying, and faces smiling! We had a ball watching all the action and seeing loads of familiar Bathurst faces. Congratulations Bathurst Archers Inc on a successful and very enjoyable festival!

Curious about archery? This is your chance! Join our Come and Try Archery sessions at the Bathurst Archery Festival on Saturday, 2nd November.

🕒 Sessions are just $10 each for an hour-long experience where you can learn the basics, have fun, and maybe even discover a new passion!

Here’s what you need to know:

All skill levels welcome: Whether you're a total beginner or just want to give it a go, this is for you!

All equipment provided: Just show up, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Family-friendly: Bring the kids, friends, and anyone who’s up for some fun!

Delicious Extras: Grab a coffee from the Simply Caffeine van or enjoy a sausage sizzle on-site.

What a week! Spent some time with the amazing Shine kids from CJTS - Carillon Junior Theatrical Society while they attended the Junior Theatre Festival in Newcastle. Incredible dramatic talent, and pretty awesome facepaint models 😁! Looking forward to their upcoming Frozen and Anything Goes musical performances at BMEC over the next 2 weekends.

What a wonderful return for Trunkey Creek Show after a few years break. The weather was lovely, the visitors enthusiastic, and the competition fierce. Perfect combination for a show! Tabitha and I were kept too busy to see as much as we'd like, but reports we heard from our "facepaint models" about the stalls and events were suitably impressive. Shoutout to the MC, who was absolutely hilarious and did an amazing job tying the whole show together!
