We are on the hunt for an additional 1-2 people for the upcoming holidays. No experience is needed, Ideally suited to someone still in school, aged 15-16 years old. Confidence to speak with customers and handle money is required also the ability to get to and from Merimbula. You must have good availability from the 27th of December until the end of January. Apologies, everyone! Unfortunately, we will be closed for lunch today (Sunday, 6th October) due to an unexpected situation.

(And no, it’s not because I forgot to change my clocks for daylight savings!)

We’ll still be serving dinner at NRMA Short Point tonight, and we’ll be at the Boat Ramp for lunch on Monday (Public Holiday).

🎉 Great News! We're back a little earlier than expected! Join us for a pop-up event this Saturday night from 3pm - 7pm at the Berrambool Footy Oval during the Semi-Finals: Narooma vs. Bermagui (Men) and Bermagui vs. Eden (Ladies).

Hi Phoenix Fans,

We will be closing down for a few weeks at the end of the month for some much-needed time off. You have 2 weekends left to get your fix. If anyone would like to order some of our signature sauces to get you through August while we are away, please message us on 0481 821 333. Sauces are $30 per litre (minimum order 500ml) and last at least a month in the fridge. I will be making fresh batches of sauce early next week, so if you want some Phoenix Sauce, Spicy Campfire Mayo, or Bacon Mayo, please let me know by 5pm this Wednesday the 17th! Collection will be at the boat ramp from the 26th, or arrangements can be made.
