Hi all,
As instructor is unwell, this workshop will be rescheduled to a later date. Thanks guys!
Self Defense workshop #2
Wednesday 12 April at from 12.30pm - 1.30pm
Session is run by qualified instructors.
First workshop on how to escape, how to unblock from being choked and how to stand to avoid falling in the crowd was definitely useful in daily life situations. The next workshop will be on different techniques to protect yourself from being injured and all, so do not miss out.
Simply turn up on the day! And do not be late as it interrupts the session.
Upcoming dates for Futsal
- 1 May 2023
- 18 May 2023
Both sessions will start from 12pm - 2pm
Team up beforehand so it can happen smoothly on the day :)

If you have donated before, simply let Hollie know to add your name on the list (as long as you are not fasting)
If you are new, sign up at Reception :)
Due to the fact that many have gone overseas or travelled in the last few months, kindly check your eligibility test to make sure you are able to donate: https://www.lifeblood.com.au/blood/eligibility/quiz
