Hey Newcastle! Are you a female, a POC and/or part of the LGBT+ community? My name is Leaf and I'm organiser of hip-hop gigs around Newcastle. I've done multiple shows before that have been lacking in diversity so I'm reaching out to see if there is anybody who fits the above criteria who would be interested in performing rap/r&b at any gigs? I have two shows that I've been working on yhat I've already filled with artists but I will be looking to give more people chances at any gigs after these ones. Please reach out and contact me if you're interested.

I would just like to add that it's okay if you haven't performed live before, I'd be willing to give you a chance and you can start of with only one or two songs at a show if anything longer feels too intimidating. We're all learning and growing, there will be no pressure and it's okay to take it at your own pace

Trains available to Newcastle Interchange - check NSW transport if travelling via bus or train. The Lass is only a short walk from the train station.

There is a wheelchair accesible entrance into the main bar. .quade will still be running open mic inside at the same time as this event.

Pre event drinks for anyone with a sweet tooth can be found at Jim's Dairy Delites on 79 Tudor St in Hamilton
