David Malefoy / DJ & Visual Artist DJ Mixes/Performance and electronic music production. Based in Brisbane, Australia. A passion that still drives him more than 30 years later.

David Malefoy is an aspiring DJ and Music Producer from France, living in Brisbane, Australia. As a child, he fell in love with the emerging Dance Music and electronic sounds of the 90s. His passion revolves mainly around the universe of Techno and Psytrance, and everything in between. With a special affection for Techno, the genre that resonates with his Heart and Soul, David tends to refine his

style into Dark, Intense, Synth-driven, and "Cosmic" Techno. Nostalgic child, his alter-ego Malefoy'86 sometimes takes him into the retro-futuristic universe of Retro Synthwave. As an aspiring DJ, he likes to mix a variety of genres, with a strong focus on :

- Zenon & Psy-Tech
- Psytrance & Hi-Tech

Not a big fan of hybrid sets but this one was worth the challenge.

People !! 📣 Next weekend is one for History !!! 🔥✨
TONY QUINN, MAREE J, SALLY, OBNOXIOUS NOIZE, myself and many other local contestants will all be performing our best DJ set at YOUR SHOT over the weekend fo 19 & 20TH AUGUST at the PRINCE CONSORT HOTEL (Fortitude Valley).
As much as I want to stay cool about it 🥶, we can only get selected ONCE IN A LIFETIME 😱 to this DJ competition !!! 🎧🔊🎶
The winners will be sent to play on big festivals across the globe ✈️, let alone the potential recognition, which makes it worth the effort !! ✊
I still have $20 DAY HARDCOPY TICKETS 🎟 and am willing to offer $5 bucks to any close friend willing to come support me and the local team to do so ! 🙏
At the moment of the event I will have been rehearsing my Zenon Psychedelic DJ Set 🧙‍♂️ close to a 100 times which is possibly the best effort I ever put into a live performance 💥

Things are getting serious this month! I will be performing my Zenon DJ Set 🎧 at YOUR SHOT 2023 Competition on SUNDAY 20TH AUGUST.
