Darl is based on Gubbi Gubbi country, on the Sunshine Coast of Aus, this darlbaucherous bass babe has been weaving together her favourite underground sounds for the best part of a decade. She’s made regular appearances at festivals such as Earth Frequency, Elements, Island Vibe, Biophillia, Manifest and Amalgarhythmz/Sub Sbass and a plethora of underground renegade bush raves where she endeavours to bring a unique flavour to the sound community. When internationals tour her neck of the woods, she’s been lucky enough to be on support duties for Truth, De-Tu & Versa, Monty, Paige Julia, Mad Zach, and the Critical label tour with Enel, Kasra, Halogenix & Particle.

Alex ( ) & Luke ( ) emerged on the Melbourne scene in 2016 when they moved from NZ/Barcelona respectively and were united through their love for drum & bass/jungle music.

Having both worked on music in a solo capacity for many years, it wouldn’t be long before they decided to get into the studio, quickly forming a powerful production duo with fresh and original takes on jungle and drum & bass, whilst crossing over into other musical genres with ease.

They recently released their third vinyl EP on the prestigious Rupture Ldn label, which is a major bucket list tick for the pair. The EP has been described as “drifting between dubby tribal steppers and rolling percussion, taking its time to savor everything in between, experimenting with different tempos, textures and atmospherics!”

The boys have no signs of slowing down and are continually cooking up fresh flavours cross the BPM spectrum. With EPs and singles forthcoming on Samurai, Subtle Audio and more. We are super excited to see them play Friday 4th October in Brisbane!

We are so excited to be bringing Om Unit to Brisbane next week!

As a producer and DJ, Om Unit’s persistent presence in an ever-changing musical landscape has solidified his place as an electronic music pioneer.

Jim Coles took on the mantle of Om Unit in the late 2000s, and since then the English producer has sought to challenge himself and his audience by going beyond the confines of typical genres and styles. In the process he has found success by striving for a more human and daring approach to connecting styles of electronic music in unique ways.

He has been known to distil and cross-pollinate tropes of breaks, techno, hip-hop, dubstep, ambient, jungle, footwork, and dub into a fluid take on sound system culture and electronic music that sidesteps the pitfalls of genres and pastiche and creates new potentials for exploration and inspiration with many following in his footsteps.
