If you can't see a certain design on our page, chances are, we will be able to locate the original designer for you via our unique Sourcing Service. Sourcing Service:
Looking for a dress from a certain designer in your size? Our unique Sourcing Service will aim to get it in for you if we can. Custom Designs:
We pride ourselves on our variety of styles, with many more able to be ordered. Our manufacturers have access to certain designer laces and fabrics, and can make almost any style of dress with the modifications you require, if we don't have it in stock, or if we cannot source the original for you. Note that we do not make copies/replicas. Sizes:
In-stock sizes range from 2-30, with custom-sizes able to be requested. Budgets:
We cater to all budgets, from approximately $350, through to your $4k/$5k gowns on special request. Most of our in-stock bridal gowns range between $500-$1500.

We sell off the rack, and also offer quick orders from our ready-made suppliers (approx 2 week turnaround), or custom-orders can be made within approx 3-4 months (requesting 6-12+ months notice please).

GETTING MARRIED IN 2024, OR EARLY 2025?
Please book your appointment and/or arrange your order ASAP so we have plenty of time.
For most dresses, we request minimum 6 months notice (3-4 months ordering time, with 2 months for alterations).
If you are looking at a custom design, please allow 8-12 months notice where possible.
We also sell off the rack if you require something sooner.

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT TO STOCK?
This is a common question we are asked. We decide based on a few things:
1. We go by frequently requested styles/brands. If we are frequently asked if we stock the same style/brand, we aim to get it in stock.
2. We look at your inspo photos. If we see a common theme, we will order that style in.
3. We identify gaps in what we stock. If someone is looking for something really specific and we don't have it, we aim to get it into our stock.
4. We scroll online, in groups and websites to see the trending styles, and aim to get those ones in.
5. We ask our designers what styles get the most reorders, and ensure we have those in stock.
We are dedicated to finding you your perfect dress. If you can't find what you are looking for, we will attempt to source it, or do a custom design. This is why many people will just come to us, as they know they will find their dream gown within a reasonable price range, and they don't have to waste hours trying to locate it. We are all busy, and we like to provide you with what you are seeking in a quick and efficient way.

CURRENT APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY
✨ Monday-Friday (10am-5pm): We are booked roughly 1-3 weeks in advance depending on the day. We have more availability sooner on a Monday-Wednesday if you are flexible with appointment times.
✨ Saturday (8am-6pm): Our long appointments are booked until October on a Saturday at this stage, however I have one short 45min appointment left in August, and two short 45min appointments left in September).
✨ Dress Pickups: I have blocked out certain days/times especially for priority pickups, and can work around most schedules. If you can't find a suitable day/time to pick up your dress, please let me know.
✨ Waitlist: We operate a waitlist if your preferred day is unavailable, or if you require an urgent appointment. Please send us a message if you would like to be added to the waitlist.

DISCOUNTED REASON: Last season stock, manufacturer error; cup size not in proportion with dress size. Cup size is best suited to a smaller size, and the dress would need to be altered down to suit. I'd suggest trying on before purchase, or obtain advice from an alterations specialist.
