Araketa Taz is our entrant for the Sire Shootout competition.
The description for our entrant is as follows:
Taz is an eye catching bull that displays plenty of presence regardless of what angle he is viewed from. He has a good masculine poll (PP) head with a kind eye and broad muzzle. He has a smooth shoulder, good spring of rib, length from hip to pin, a deep flank, clean underline with sheath angulation that transfers into a well developed rounded hindquarter. He has more than sufficient muscle development yet displays softness that is covered by a good tropical pliable hide. Taz has structurally correct legs with good feet that allow him to be an active mobile bull in the paddock and cover ground with ease. Taz's pedigree is a reflection of the fertility and longevity that we strive to produce within the herd. His sire Araketa James has proven to be a consistent dominate sire that currently has more than 160 calves recorded in the Stud Book. James's dominance in phenotype is truly reflected in Taz as the apple hasn't fallen far from the tree. Taz's dam is a home bred female that is 10 years old and currently raising her 8th calf.
Taz is for sale via Private Treaty.
