What do I like about my sourdough?
I can leave it on the bench for 4 days and it doesn’t go hard!!!!
I can spread butter on it without the bread breaking, even untoasted 🥰
You can make toasties and it doesn’t burst open.
It’s healthy too! No nasty preservatives or fillers
It tastes good 😌
My sons LOVE it, and that means ALOT! they are my toughest critiques.

I had a few bumps with the fruit loaf but I’ve ironed those out this week
Thank goodness!
But even the dodgy batches were delish
I’m popping cinnamon, fig, sultanas and apricot in but I’d like to play with some fresh cranberries too 💗

Our new look and feel community space is ready to kick off into the next phase of offering workshops, movement, sound, meeting space, movies, connections. This complimenting Prana Whole-foods and oir regular pop up markets.

Belle and Matt started Prana Whole-foods because they felt there is a gap in the market for whole, organic, unprocessed foods as well as no waste body/hair care and household products.

We started Prana Whole-foods because of our own health and well being journey. We grew tired of going into big shops only to be buying plastic covered products and imported goods. Standing in aisles having to read the ingredients. Not to mention walking in to buy milk only and then falling victim to the cleverly placed marketing.

These are some of the reasons we feel it’s important to shop small with us.

👉🏽 You avoid the over stimulating energy in big corp shopping centres with the big blue lights (hello anxiety) and marketing gimmicks

👉🏽 You can feel safe in knowing that you don’t have to stand there and read through the ingredients of what you’re buying in the shopping aisles

👉🏽You’ll be supporting community and circulating money with families instead of big corps

👉🏽 The quality is there and we don’t compromise in ethics, sustainability and fair trade

👉🏽 You won’t be filling your bin with thoughtless packaging that is going straight to landfill (or the ocean) because we encourage no waste! Bring your own reusable jars etc

👉🏽 We source local, organic high quality products and we won’t deal with suppliers that don’t share the same values as us.

We live a conscious lifestyle along with our family of 5 (we have three kids and this one is our youngest) where we value health and well being, connection and conscious consumption.
