What an honour it was to bring the essence of the Burn to Byron Bay, and hopefully inspire you all to connect with this world-wide community of inspiring individuals.

We can’t stop thinking about the incredible energy that was created at The Portal. Isn’t it incredible what can be felt when we collectively show up at the same frequency?!
And there’s plenty more of where that came from!

We’re here to grow a community and be that change we want to see in the world. So make sure you keep an eye out for what’s to come, and share with those who missed out last time! Because the vibration is only going to climb higher from here!

Who else is still beaming from what was truly a special night at The Portal?!

A special thank you and dedication of love to all our performers and artists - this night could not have been what it was without your presence, your talent, and your dedication to your community.

To Dave Dinger, Roger Grassi, Bhakti, Effi and Skye Walker for your musical enlightenment, that saw bodies moving freely. And to our amazing mind-bending performers The Space Cowboy, Zoe L’Amore, Stella Kinesis, and Epic Creations, for creating childlike awe and wonder with your incredible feats. And to DarPan for grounding and bringing us home so we could truly open up our souls to this experience.

The Portal is only the beginning of this journey; do ensure you keep an eye out for more magic on its way.

Wow! What can we say but thank you to every single one of you that made The Portal utter magic - without you we wouldn’t be still wearing these enormous smiles!

Thank you to everyone who travelled from near and far to create such a beautiful, connected and vibrational experience; who understood the assignment as soon as they walked in the door.

Byron bay's Theatre is home to the very first ever performant of "The Portal" an innovative blend of Electronic Music, Theatre and Dance which we plan to tour the country and then the world with. You have the opportunity to be at the very first one and appear in the after movie which will be used to promote the world-wide events! So make sure to don your tastiest Burner outfits so you look the part! There will be free face and body painting available so come early for the reshow entertainment from Skye Walker with live vocals over beats while you get your pre show drinks! Hey Family, Flow Music and Burn Byron Bay along with a cast full of mavericks are putting together a little holiday fun on Friday the 30th of December. We have joined forces, Effi with his Burn Byron Show which was created during covid times and promised to give trapped Byronites a taste of the magical gathering in the Nevada Desert but was cancelled due to covid, and Flow Music, a label, Mix series and blog that was also created during the big sick to help struggling electronic music artists. Now we are launching this incredible combination of theatre and electronic music in a dance party format. So picture the seats in the theatre retracted, a central stage for performances by Local legends, The Space Cowboy, Zoe L'Amore, Stella Kinesis and dance performances from Epic Creations. The DJ Booth will be below the Cinema size screen, for 1.5 hour sets between the 25 minute long theatre performances. DJ's Roger Grassi, Bhakti, EFFI and Katerblau's Dave Dinger (visiting from Berlin) Will be playing a scintillating blend of progressive, melodic and organic house and techno. To top it off we will have DARPAN performing his Metamorphosis during the opening ceremony. The concept here is to take this show on the road thoughout Australia and then to SF, LA and eventually Blackrock City itself. This is an example how our local talent can rival that of the worlds best. The event will be filmed in 4k and this teaser will be used to promote future shows around the world. We would love nothing more than for you to be a part of this experience. Please show your support for this audacious experiment in radical self expression. Ride your lit up bike and come dressed in your Burner threads... or come as you are as we don't want you to miss out for any reason. The theatre bar doors open at 6pm and and from 6:33 - 7:30 you will be entertained by the beautiful Skye Walker with her incredible vocals over beats in the bar area. Then at 7:33 sharp DARPAN will open the show together with music from Bhakti. DARPAN will also close the show as well wth his famous spoken word.
