Excited to be a part of this on Sunday.

We're pleased to welcome Michael from Milly J's Catering and Amole from Bannisters Pavilion to our team of mentors for Cooking Up Kindness 2024 where young MasterChefs will work together to prepare delicious meals from a mystery box of ingredients expertly prepared by Jonny Staples from Citrus Catering & Events. Registrations may be full but there will still be plenty to do on Sunday including seeing our young chefs cook up a storm, purchase some lunch from Apex Club of Milton Ulladulla's gourmet BBQ before wandering up for the unveiling of our MUCK Up mural straight after the event's conclusion.

Yesterday we travelled to Vincentia for a 40th wedding anniversary. On the menu were scallops, oysters, and lamb with almond cake and tiramisu for dessert. It was a pleasure to cook for such a lively family.
