I have lived on the Gold Coast for my entire life and attended both a local State School and High School. My family grew up here on our stunning beaches, rode bikes freely around the neighbourhoods of Mermaid Beach and Surfers Paradise, and walked to and from everywhere and back again. I still visit in this magnificent City regularly but now live

at Cornubia, situated 1/2 way between Gold Coast and Brisbane. The Gold Coast has changed from a sleepy little holiday town, to what it is today all the glitter and one of the best tourist destinations in Australia. Thank goodness some things just don’t change; we still have the glorious, pristine and best beaches and the stunning Hinterland all so close for us to access. I have been in business previously here on the Coast, and have been employed by Education Queensland for over 24 years in Administration with positions such as Human Resources Officer, Work Place Rehab and Return to Work Co-ordinator and now in the front office as the 1st contact for families, suppliers and the wider school community.
