My name is Florencia Alvarado Torres, I am a Social, Culture & and Head Chef Responsible at Gualiccho. I was born in Argentina in the middle of a family from Chilean and European people. I love the cultures and cook. I has worked in many places in South America and Spain. My partner is Thor Gustafsson, he showed me the most beautiful places in Cornwall, and also he taught me to love this little piece of the Planet. He is a very special colaborator. Together we make the Gualiccho team. Welcome!
