We opened at 12 pm and kept busy with customers right through to 8 pm. Huge thanks again for your support and to our amazing team for powering through. 🍽️Change of plans for today’s menu! The Davidson plum and river mint Eton mess won’t make it as we didn’t have enough time to dry out the pav. Instead, we’ll be serving a luscious Davidson plum cheesecake.🍰🍒

The Davidson plums come from my beautiful friends at —a big thank you to them for always sharing their amazing produce!

💚☘️🌱👏🏽 Feeling incredibly honored to have been a Food Educator Finalist in the Jamie Oliver Food Hero Awards! 🏆

A huge thank you to Herb for nominating me—it meant the world. 🌿 And a massive congratulations to the winners of this award and all the amazing Food Hero legends out there who have been inspiring the next generation to embrace the joy of food. Together, we’ve shown that food education is just as vital as subjects like science, English, and maths.

For humans like me, who couldn’t sit still, food was always my favorite classroom. 🍎 Even though I won’t be teaching in the classroom next year, I hope our restaurant becomes a training ground to inspire and educate the next generation about the power of food. Let’s keep sparking excitement and shaping healthier, happier futures through food!
