Can’t thank these two enough! 🙌 Meet Merin & Stoph, the legends behind the Victoria Hotel Dimboola. 🍻 Huge gratitude to them for suggesting and welcoming us into their kitchen so my team could host our Sunday Chef’s Table. 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 And a massive thank you to all our wonderful customers who joined us yesterday while we transition back to our restaurant. ❤️ Big love to you all! 💚☘️🌱🤞🏽

🍺 Crispy beer-battered onion rings with Thousand Island dressing and a sprinkle of bush magic.
🍖 Tender saltbush lamb paired with all the seasonal veggie goodness.
🍞 Focaccia plate featuring local honey and dreamy whipped ricotta.

This week, we’re shaking things up!
🧀 Halloumi with Bloody Mary tomato salad replaces the onion rings.
🍍 Duck and pineapple curry steps in for the lamb.
