The secret to picking #Gerberas cleanly and efficiently? The bend and snap! 💕 We find the Gerberas that have grown to the right height. 💕 Hold the stem near the base 💕 Bend it sideways so that it snaps away cleanly from the plant. This technique isn't just quick, it allows up to keep as much length as possible on each stem. 🌱 Behind the Scenes on the Farm 🌱 Our team is hard at work today, prepping for the next wave of lily bulbs! 🚜🌸 Crates are filled one by one with soil and put on to palettes. Palettes are moved to the lily tent and arranged in rows ready for each bulb to be planted by hand. It's amazing to see hundreds of crates lined up, ready for their transformation. We're not just preparing bouquets; we're tending to our lilies with extra care, ensuring they're at their peak beauty for the big weekend. This means early mornings in the tents, carefully hand picking and bunching every stem. It's a labor of love that starts long before the first bouquet is ordered, requiring forethought, planning, and a deep commitment to delivering the very best for our customers. It's a huge job, but our amazing team make it look easy. When you choose our lilies for Mother's Day, you're not just choosing a beautiful gift; you're choosing flowers that have been grown and cared for with passion and dedication. We take great care in making sure your flowers arrive safe and fresh! The secret to seamless flower deliveries? 1. Secure transport. We use a system made up of modular base pieces and pegs at varying heights, helping to prevent shifting or tipping over during transport. This is especially helpful when delivering flowers in glass vases or ceramic pots! 2. Proper packaging. Flowers are carefully arranged and wrapped to protect all those delicate blooms. 3. Quick delivery. Flower are organised into 'runs' based on delivery areas. This minimises the time your flowers spend in transit. Order before 1pm for same day delivery Mon- Sat!

Mother's Day is a meticulously planned event that starts weeks in advance! 🟢 We begin by organising and restocking our non-perishable supplies, ensuring we have everything we need for the big day. ❗An important step is referring back to our detailed list from the previous year. This helps us gauge the number of bases we need to prep. 🌻 We pay close attention to the images on our website, ordering enough vases, paper, and ribbon to recreate each arrangement as closely as we can. 🚚 As the day approaches, we organize our trays for completed orders into delivery areas. Making it easy for our team to locate and prepare orders for delivery.
