Well where do I start.... Firstly! Thank you to everyone that came to Dungog to support the very first Dungog Country Music Festival. Without you people there’s no festival. Thank you to all the wonderful artists that performed at the festival. Over 40 shows in 3 days.👍You guys are amazing. Thank you to all the venues that participated in this great event. Very much appreciated.Thank you to all the talented buskers that performed on Dowling Street during the festival. You guys are the best. You bought Dowling Street alive and the atmosphere was wonderful.Thank you to John Conners. (Dungog Mayor) for opening the festival on Friday night at Dungog RSL. Thank you to those who helped with setting up and packing up after the event. Thank you to the volunteers that maned the entry gate at the Showground. A big thanks to The Dungog RSL (Ross and Bron Lovegrove). You guys rock. The caliber of artists performing at the club was second to none. Thank you the the Dungog Showground committee for your support during this festival. Thank you to the Midcoast Mower Racing Association for the mower racing at the Showground on Saturday. And thank you to the food vendors, PBOZ ,Megatainment for the rides at the Showground. Thank you to the major sponsors (Molly’s ,SupaMow and Alexander Comms & Tech.) thanks Josh. Your a legend. Country singer Victoria McGee was just 28 years old when she was diagnosed with heart failure after years of misdiagnosis.
The young mum is now determined to raise awareness of the risk of heart disease for women across Australia.
Former X Factor star Victoria McGee was a healthy young singer who loved nothing more than performing around the country. But the country singer’s world came crashing down when she suffered severe heart failure at the age of 28. You can Catch the talented Dungog local Victoria McGee performing at the Tinshed Brewery on Friday night 29 th September from 6 pm.
If it’s a locally made crafted ale, then look no further than the Tinshed Brewery, they focus on producing great craft beer. The beers are all brewed on site in the brewery. Using both Australian and European ingredients. They have a rotating tap list including a cider from various great producers of Australian cider.

The menu is full of great burgers and other gastro-pub styled food. Food that you can eat with your hands and enjoy every mouthful. The TinShed food is seasonal, a great way to showcase fresh locally grown produce especially alongside a crisp cold artisan brew.
