2024 is shaping up to be a year of weddings!!
We started things off in true VIP style with .k.bate and . When we met Matt last year and found out he had a January wedding planned, he already had the food taken care of. We didn’t expect the call up 4weeks out from the wedding when things changed, but we were thrilled to be part of their plans. 🎄 CHRISTMAS CATERING🎄 BOOK NOW 🎅🏻
Email: [email protected] to custom design your Xmas menu. There are no standard packages, minimum numbers or minimum spend.

We provide a list of our top Xmas dishes and our guests indicate what they would like to eat. Then Josh prices it up. Your menu can be as easy or complex as you need to ensure that everyone in the family gets what they would like on their plate in Xmas day (yes - you can order just 1 of something keep everyone happy!) We’re happy to provide advice on quantities.

On the day, you’ll experience the VIP pick up catering service which includes 🥂 and a handover from the Chef. Conveniently, located between Erina Fair and the Grammar School.

This service is available on Xmas eve and each Saturday and Sunday in December. Please get in touch if you have catering needs outside of these dates and we’ll do our best to accomodate.

We often get asked “what’s involved with being a VIP Private Client”. It looks a little like this…

We like to thoroughly understand your flavour preferences, food loves & loathes, any macro or calorie requirements and most importantly, how we can make your family life easier. With this in mind, we send our clients a personalised a la carte menu each week to order from. Then restaurant quality meals arrive fresh, every 2-3 days or as required.

One of our clients will be eating this deliciousness tonight…a burnt butter gnocchi dish with a few surprising twists, that perfectly suit their flavour preferences.

Every private chef’s worst COVID nightmare came to fruition last week when the VIP team (and our contingency plan) tested positive for Rona.

What could have been a recipe for disaster ended up being a truly delicious wedding feast, with impeccable service thanks to a little help from some friends.

The first call we made was to from . VIP are long time admirers of Daniel’s flavours and upon hearing about our predicament, Daniel took on the task for cooking not one, but two, weddings we had booked in last week.

Daniel - we cannot thank you enough for being a truly special human. The lengths you went to, to deliver on the food promises we had made to our brides and grooms, was absolutely next level. At a time in the pandemic when you would be forgiven for thinking that restaurant owners couldn’t have much left to give, you put our business needs ahead of your own several times over. We are so grateful that you have such a big heart and a genuine desire to see us succeed.

To ensure the wedding service would be flawless and get our bride & groom onto the dance floor - on time as promised - we needed a very talented Chef to step in for the ultimate rockstar shift: enter Chef Ben Craig from .restaurant Erina. Whilst we had never met Ben, we’d heard many wonderful stories about his success running restaurants. We reached out for help and found a wonderful guy & nothing was too much trouble.

Seriously the coolest thing ever - We grow over 80 different edible plants in the VIP Private Chef garden to ensure our menu is full of beautiful home grown produce…..but nothing compares to this. Overnight our first Queen of the Night flower bloomed 🌸 one the most rare and expensive flowers in the world, these beauty’s bloom only once per year, at midnight. It was awesome to watch it grow in beauty the closer we got to midnight. The flowers on the plant will bloom one by one, each night for only 3 weeks. Lucky for us we have 9 more flowers ready to pop.
