’Tis the night to shine🎄

Christmas in Geelong Opening Night is here – the moment we officially flick the switch on the festive season.

Join us for a free, family-friendly celebration on the waterfront as we bring together two beloved traditions: Carols by the Bay with Denis Walter OAM and the lighting of our iconic Floating Christmas Tree.

📅TONIGHT, Saturday 22 November
⌚Preshow from 7:30 PM | Main event at 8:00 PM | Tree lighting and fireworks at 9:00 PM
📍Steampacket Gardens, Geelong Waterfront.

Traffic controls in place from 6pm, see event listing for road closures and parking info.

Bring your loved ones, pack a picnic and let’s light up Geelong together!

Mark in your calendar Saturday 22nd November at 8.30pm to see the return of the City of Greater Geelong's Floating Christmas Tree in its 11th year, as it returns to the Bay with Total Events bringing to the tree an incredible sound and light show.

A year since CoGG Livestream took place of the Co**se Flower at the Geelong Botanic Gardens.

Total Events was fortunate to take part in this rare event televising the Livestream with over 350,000 views from around Australia and the world.
