The photos I have of myself during some of the hardest chapters of my life are the ones that I hold closest to myself now. It’s like a visual journey of sorts.
Intention sessions can represent whatever resonates with you. Some people choose a mantra to theme the session around. For others, it may be about celebrating their bodies after a challenging time in their life. For me, it was somewhat of a beautiful rebirth following a grief period. Im looking forward to sharing in this journey with you however it may take shape
