There is only one word for this dish. Mouthwatering. Anyone who has tasted these dumplings knows how delicious they are. From the home made dough to the delicious vegetable filling. I added some homemade dumpling sauce and drizzled siriacha. I also made some sautéed garlic and parsley mushrooms. So satisfying.
These Ramen noodles are so easy to prepare and taste super delicious. You can enjoy them in a stir fry or soups. Enjoy. Ingredients - 2 serves1/3 cup of water1/2 tablespoon of baking soap185 grams of bread flour1/2 teaspoon of saltMethod In a pot add the water and bicarb and heat for a few minutes. Set aside.In a bowl with a dough hook add the flour, and salt. Slowly drizzle the prepared water.Remove the dough and knead for a few seconds. Make a round disk and flatten the dough as much as you can. Using a pasta machine roll out each piece with the following settings 1,3,2,4 or you can roll out each piece of dough by hand around 1cm thick. Attach your noodle attachment to the mixer. Dust each piece of rolled out dough with flour and use a rolling pin to hold the noodles as the come out. Dust the noodles again with flour and set aside and cover until you’re ready to cook them. In a pot with boiling salted water add your noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Notes:You can leave the noodles covered for a few days to dry them out. If you do the cooking process will be around 6 minutes.These noodles can’t be frozen.
Salted popcorn with Chocolate and nuts Ingredients 1 large bag of salted popcorn150 grams of mixed roasted nuts roughly chopped50 grams of pistachios roughly chopped250 of vegan dark chocolate MethodIn a bowl add the chocolate. Place some water in a pot and place the bowl on top. Allow the chocolate to completely melt then add the crushed nuts and stir until all the nuts are covered.On a large rectangular tray add the popcorn and spread out evenly.Drizzle the chocolate and nuts on top of the popcorn and place it in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy.
