Hello. I am Mizue.
I am a chef and also a mother of 4 beautifully grown up children.

A little bit of myself...

As a child, I grew up watching my parents working hard to grow a farming business. They showed me how food was grown and how to appreciate food.

As a mum of 4 kids myself, it was always my first priority to put nutritious food on my table.
I would always tell them" Make sure you eat everything because I cooked a well balanced meal!"

I worked at a few different award winning venues and spent so many hours in the kitchen sacrificing the time with my young children. Working night and day, plus driving kids around for sports before and after work...it was really hard but I always tried.

As the children grew up and some have left home, I have geared up my chef's career to follow my passion.

To connect with people through my food. To make people happy with my food. That's my passion and what I cook for.

I love food. I love my life as a mother, as a wife and as a chef.
That's where my business name comes from. It's a LONG name, I know! But it describes me very well for who I am.

Miso marinated fish, aromatic broth, bok choy & enoki mushroom, crispy coconut rice, pickled radish, topped with fresh herbs and crispy garlic✨ I got some ideas to try next time!
