Four layers of rich Belgian chocolate cake, filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream swirled with crushed pieces of Lindt Excellence Sea Salt Caramel Milk Chocolate.

Frosted in black Swiss meringue buttercream, finished with a red buttercream drip, edible gold leaf, and an edible image of Charlie’s favourite character from The Unwanteds book series.

Topped with spectacular rice paper flames and a custom gold topper — this cake truly roars to life! 🦁🔥

✨ Congratulations Imogen! ✨

This cake was created to celebrate Imogen achieving the highest award in Scouts – the Australian Scout Award. 🏕️🌿 She is the first Scout to achieve this at the Nerang Scout Den in 13 years, representing 3 years of dedication, grit, and perseverance. 👏💙

The cake itself is Belgian chocolate, filled and frosted with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. The edible images (featuring Imogen’s Scout journey) were printed by Edible Image Printing Company, and the topper is from Gold Coast Cake Supplies.

Such an incredible milestone deserves an equally special cake! 🎉 We wish Imogen every success as she embarks on her next scouting adventure as a Venturer Scout.

✨🎂 A true showstopper for a milestone birthday! 🎂✨

This Filipino classic Sans Rival was created to celebrate Darlene’s 50th in style. Four layers of cashew nut meringue cake, frosted with smooth vanilla French meringue buttercream, and finished with a generous coating of roasted crushed cashews.

💛 Sans Rival translates to “without rival” — and this cake truly lives up to its name. A beautiful taste of home, tradition, and celebration, perfect for such a special occasion.

The number 1 was a vanilla cake folded through with golden Dutch stroopwafels.
The number 6 was my signature rich Belgian chocolate cake.

Both were filled and frosted with silky white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, then decorated with an array of sugar flowers, sweet treats, and sparkles to match the Sweet 16 theme 💖🍭🍩

A sparkly pink Minecraft cake for Mila’s 8th birthday! 🌟🎂💖

This dairy and nut free chocolate cake is filled with layers of homemade berry compote and frosted in smooth vegan Swiss meringue buttercream. Finished with a touch of edible glitter and custom Minecraft decorations, it was the perfect way to celebrate in pixel style! 🎮🧁✨

✨ WALL-E turns 25! ✨

My beautiful friend Honor asked if I could bring a special vision to life for her son Jack’s milestone 25th birthday – a 1/4 century celebration calls for something epic… and so, this WALL-E cake was born!

With over 25 hours of work, this cake was a labour of love from start to finish. Inside is my signature Belgian chocolate cake, layered with crushed scorched peanut toffee folded through a peanut butter Swiss meringue buttercream. It’s all frosted in silky white chocolate ganache and finished with fondant accents and a lustre-dusted “grimy” effect for that true WALL-E charm.
