Today’s organic kitchen creation for Joey’s 21st! 🎂🎉 He’s had a Freddo Frog ice cream cake for every birthday, so I wanted to pay homage to that tradition in a big way for this milestone.

I made a 4-layer malted caramel cake, filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and Freddo Frogs, frosted with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, and topped it all off with more Freddos, sprinkles, Clinkers and a custom topper from Creating Mabel.
