Such a privilege to with beautiful people who not only hold and support grieving families, but each other in our various creative spaces.
It's an honour and a blessing 🙏💗

We have been quiet on socials this year but busy behind the scenes, holding our beautiful families through their time of need.

There hasn’t been much space for sharing, just quiet moments of reflection between each sendoff. From babies and toddlers to teens and many gone just too soon, 2023 has seen the Rite of Passage team step into a new era of farewells for little ones.

Of course, we’ve guided families whose people are older too. It’s not about the age but about the life we’re honouring - no matter how many laps around the sun they’ve taken.

It’s been a big, beautiful year for us. Another opportunity to help more families and lovingly guide them through the intricacies of planning a deeply moving farewell.

We’ll be taking some time off over the holidays and will be closed from the 23rd December to the 8th of January, using this time to exhale and slow down in anticipation for 2024, which will no doubt be as full as this year has been.

To all our amazing families who have trusted us to care for your person in death and help plan their sendoff, thank you. We know how hard this can be, and being there to guide and hold you through this process is a true honour. We’re thinking of you all these holidays, when the absence of your person is no doubt so deeply felt 🤍
