Smoked lamb is still on the menu with Chimichurri and Aioli..maybe Reubens back again next week.

Hi Guys,
There won't be any trailer this weekend due to weather.

Big Jim's Smokehouse has to vacate its current operating location as the property has been sold and the new owners require vacant possession no later than 13th December, 2021.
We are actively seeking a new location, but at this stage we do not know when that will happen, but we will keep you updated via this page.
Thanks to everyone for dropping by, its been good fun and here's hoping for a new location very soon!

Lockdown is relaxed, it time for more Smoked Meat on a Bun! The trailer will be open this Sunday 24th at 389 Avoca Drive between 11:30-2:30pm at the old Tank-WorX building opposite the Christian College. The weather promises to clear up by lunchtime, so fingers crossed.
Due to pricing and supply issues, I wont have Ribs until next weekend.
